Shanci is our school CBRS program manager and a classroom-based behavioral health specialist and interventionist. She is also a peer support specialist working with adult clients in the clinic and community.

Shanci is a family-life educator and certified peer-support specialist who is endorsed by the state of Idaho to practice community-based rehabilitation. Shanci's certification as a Child & Family Resiliency Practitioner (CFRP) required coursework and training specific to youth mental health and resiliency, completion of a 2,000-hour clinical residency in psychiatric rehabilitation, and passing formalized national-level testing. Shanci has an extended professional background that includes interning for the National Healthy Marriage Institute, completing an undergraduate marriage & family practicum, creating and presenting youth workshops, and formerly maintaining a website and blog advocating against sex trafficking and abuse.
Shanci has also helped improve couples' relationships as a facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich program and volunteered helping families handle the grief that accompanies stillbirth and infant death. She is a member of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.
